Turn right on 350th Ave and drive .2 mile. Turn left on 310th St. and drive .7 of a mile. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The dog pound serves as a support function to Roseau County for enforcement of animal related ordinances and laws. The dog pound provides temporary shelter for lost, abandoned, stray or dangerous dogs. After seven (7) days, unclaimed dogs are put up for adoption. |
