Legal Advice Clinic
In partnership with Northwest Legal Services, the Roseau County Law Library offers a free legal advice clinic on the first Wednesday of the month from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on all other Wednesdays of the month from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Legal Advice Clinic is staffed by a lawyer and all legal questions are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.
Access many common legal forms through our free-to-use computer and printer. Pick up the phone and you will be connected directly to the Minnesota Courts Self-Help Center where you can speak with a representative who can assist in locating forms or finding additional resources.

From our free-to-use computer, access a robust legal research tool in the form of WestLaw. The Law Library subscription allows access to all Minnesota caselaw and statutes, as well as so much more.
Print ResourcesOur print collection focuses on materials that represent common issues faced by pro se litigants – child custody, divorce, conciliation court, landlord/tenant, property, wills, and more.
