responsible for the construction and maintenance of approximately 735 miles
of County State Aid Highways and County Roads and 218 bridges and large
culverts. The Highway Department
is also responsible for the inspection and maintenance of about 900 miles of
the county ditch system. The Highway Department has 31 full-time employees with the
base office located just north of the intersection of T.H. 11 and T.H. 310 in
Roseau. There are also shops in
