CULVERTS The Roseau County Highway Department has culverts available for purchase. 12-inch diameter culverts are available in 10, 20, 24, and 30-foot lengths. All other diameters come in 2-foot increments between 10-foot and 22-foot lengths. The current culvert prices can be found here. We are not able to charge consumers directly for any products. We must bill your Township, which then will bill you. If you are interested in purchasing one of these items, contact one of your local Township Officers. A list of Township Officers can be found here. Your local Township Officer will need to fill out our Culvert & Mailbox Authorization Form.
