GEOTEXTILE FABRIC The Roseau County Highway Department has geotextile fabric available for purchase. It is available in 18-foot wide rolls. The current price is $0.80 / lin ft. We are not able to charge consumers directly for any products. We must bill your Township, which then will bill you.
